From the very beginning when making the appointment on the phone and getting my records there and throughout the entire appointment I was very pleased. The staff at Dr. Roots office was very competent and thorough and so very nice, calm, no rushing. Right from the very first person I spoke to, Yoli one of the front office person's, Megan was the 2nd, they were so kind and gentle with me and understood my needs and concerns. Tina, Dr Roots nurse/assistant was caring and very gentle also, Dr Root was very knowledgeable and they both explained everything to me and gave me options. Dr. Root and his Staff were great from the start of the making of the appointment. Megan, the receptionist, actually answers the phone and emails when she says she is going to email. The Service is impeccable and the Dental technician, Tina, prior to Dr. Root's examination was excellent and as friendly as everyone else. She went the extra mile, even following up the next day as I was referred to a specialist for a root canal. She helped me fill in the blanks when the original referral didn’t accept my insurance. Then when I get there I'm usually in the chair within 5 min of my appt time. They explain what's going on all through the procedures and give me various options. The equipment current and up to date. Imagine you are eating beef stew on a Friday night and at 5:50pm you realize a significant piece of one of your lower front teeth has BROKEN OFF: VERY SHARP edge, and you feel there is quite a hole behind the tooth. It was my first visit to determine if this is the Dentist I want to work with. From the very beginning when making the appointment on the phone and getting my records there and throughout the entire appointment I was very pleased. The staff at Dr. Roots office was very competent and thorough and so very nice, calm, no rushing. Dr. Root is extremely knowledgeable in his trade and explains things to you in layman's terms so you have no doubt what needs to be done, or in my case, nothing. Just continued cleanings. How refreshing it was not to hear that I needed something that I really didn't. I absolutely recommend Dr. Root and his staff!

I am terrified of going to the dentist, I have never had a good experience with any dental group I have ever went to, having said that, this dental group us the First one I can honestly say my experience was a good one. Right from the very first person I spoke to, Yoli one of the front office person's, Megan was the 2nd, they were so kind and gentle with me and understood my needs and concerns. Tina, Dr Roots nurse/assistant was caring and very gentle also, Dr Root was very knowledgeable and they both explained everything to me and gave me options. I never give 5 stars to any review unless it's truly deserved, and this group truly deserves 5 stars, I would recommend this dental group to all my friends, in fact I already have😄👍👍
Dr. Root and his Staff were great from the start of the making of the appointment. Megan, the receptionist, actually answers the phone and emails when she says she is going to email. The Service is impeccable and the Dental technician, Tina, prior to Dr. Root's examination was excellent and as friendly as everyone else. Dr. Root's examination was the most thorough I have had and he reviewed every single tooth. I am looking forward to my return next week for my cleaning and have already recommended him and his Team to two others.

My only regret is that I did not visit Dr. Root and his staff sooner. I highly recommend them if you are new to the Vero Beach area and are looking for a dentist. Nobody likes to go to the dentist but my experience at Root Dental was great. I had knocked out some bonding on my front tooth. They got me in the next day. The procedure and pricing was explained upfront before they did anything. No pressure. Except for the little pinch for numbing 😂🤣 Would recommend Dr.Root and his friendly staff to anyone. I called as a new patient with a sensitive tooth. Root Dental got me scheduled 2 days later to keep me from evolving to pain. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Root was kind and addressed all my concerns; he even went the extra mile to fix a front tooth that was bothering me cosmetically. I was so grateful they got me in so quickly and even addressed an additional concern, but was pleasantly surprised yet again when my bill was so reasonable. I cannot recommend this team enough. A+++. She went the extra mile, even following up the next day as I was referred to a specialist for a root canal. She helped me fill in the blanks when the original referral didn’t accept my insurance. Having severe pain and leading in to a weekend, she made sure to re connect with someone in my network and kept me informed along the way. She really helped and followed through completely! I was in yesterday for crown work. I am very nervous when it comes to the numbing shot and dental work. Dr Root and Alexa were awesome, comforting me during the shot, and constantly keeping me updated on the progress of the procedure. Today I received a temporary crown and filling from a very professional Dr. Root and his terrific assistant Alexa. Any dental procedure is traumatic enough but it really helps when one is so well accomplished!
From the moment I entered the office, I was met with smiling faces and very kind employees. The entire experience was positive, from the front desk to the hygienist, to the Dentist.
Studies reveal that most people get anxious when they have to go to the Dentist. That is because they have never been to Root Dental. Every visit to Dr Root and his incredible staff will put one at ease and provide for a very relaxing experience. After being a patient for 10 years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
My first visit to Root Dental was fantastic! Everybody in the office was extremely friendly and efficient. Dr. Root and his staff did a thorough oral exam and took the time needed to determine and explain my dental health. I had not been to a dentist in almost three years due to moving. My only regret is that I did not visit Dr. Root and his staff sooner. I highly recommend them if you are new to the Vero Beach area and are looking for a dentist.

I love all the people at Dr. Root’s practice. They make going to the dentist a pleasure. They “fill” all your dental needs. Thoughtful, professional and experienced. I got a night guard that I had needed for a while. The pain in my neck also went away. Love them all ❤️

I can't say enough good about Dr. Root and his staff. They are most importantly very competent and professional. The icing on the cake is that they are very friendly as well. His work is done right, I think he is a perfectionist. I had to come back for an extra visit because he wasn't satisfied with the cap, it was good enough that he could have used it but wanted it right. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Of course I found them on Google and within an hour of me calling they called me back and was able to get me right in to see Dr. Root. Not only did he impress me by going over a few opinions, but he was there to answer my questions and not leave it to his staff. When I went to Root Dental to meet Nicole I was willing to "suffer" in exchange to have my denture clean and shiny... but fortunately was no pain and I felt completely conformable and relaxed. I am having major restorative and cosmetic work done and they have explained every procedure evey step of the way and always asks if I have any questions. When a scheduled appointment is upcoming and a cancellation occurs earlier, I receive a call. My well- being is their priority in word and practice. My first visit with Root Dental provided exceptional service. The Staff was extremely proficient and professional, yet you felt like family. I can honestly say in all the years of seeing a dentist for multiple issues beside routine maintenance; implant, perio, snap-on denture, etc., this visit was superior to anything I have experienced in the past. Dr. Root took the time to explain everything and I came away with knowing I was not only in good hands, but great hands!!!! I would definitely recommend Root Dental without hesitation.

DR Root is an extremely caring friendly and excellent dentist. His entire team is absolutely amazing. It may be a dental office but the staff is always friendly and great at every stage of your visit.

Ran into Dr. Root's office today because I thought I had a problem starting. His staff is so informative and efficient! I was out of there in less time than I had slated, and my issue was solved. My discomfort was gone and I knew more about my teeth and how to maintain them. Best of all, I didn't need the drill or cap I thought was surely coming. They tested, worked magic, and twelve hours later I have no lingering pain. You guys are the BEST!

I've been going to Root Dental for a few years now and they're the best. It starts with multiple gentle reminders so even if I wanted to miss my appt I can't. Then when I get there I'm usually in the chair within 5 min of my appt time. They explain what's going on all through the procedures and give me various options. The equipment current and up to date. Dr. Root is very clear and concise with his explanations. The staff is very friendly and caring. Whenever I leave I feel as if I've recieved top notch dental care.

While it is not fun to have a tooth prepared for a crown, if you need it, you want to see Dr. Root and his team. Dr. Root is kind and caring and has always taken extremely good care of me and my teeth! I wouldn't go anywhere else! And his team is top-notch as well. Thank you all for your excellent care! �

Great communication leading up to appointment. Great welcome. Great service during cleanings, provides me with a neck pillow for comfortable support. Great communication regarding gum and teeth care. Explains clearly issues involved in crown prep and coordinating with other dental professionals as needed. Finance and insurance issues are thoughtful and communicated well . Dr. Root is steadfast at providing the best possible care while assuring my comfort and understanding of his processes. Appreciate the attention to my care and over all health.
I was amazed at how efficient the staff was and that they worked with me to get me in so quickly while working with my available hours. I have also never had a procedure explained to me so thoroughly both before and during the procedure!! That took off a tremendous amount of stress. Thank you Dr. Root and Staff!

Finding a dentist in a new town is tricky...but Melody and I have hit GOLD!! Everyone is professional and caring. Dr. Root is very thorough and explained the issues with my teeth better than any dentist I have had. Tina and Nancy were awesome and are meticulous in their craft. And the office staff are terrific and treat you like family. And as a bonus...Dr. Root and the staff give back to the community and to those in need. So not only do they take excellent care of their own patients but they care about the world they live in and are actually taking positive action to improve it. Bravo.

UN-BELIEVABLE!!! Imagine you are eating beef stew on a Friday night and at 5:50pm you realize a significant piece of one of your lower front teeth has BROKEN OFF: VERY SHARP edge, and you feel there is quite a hole behind the tooth. FEAR sets in. WORRY. What to do. I reached out to root dental at 7:30pm to find out what I could do to carry me through the weekend. Dr. ROOT and Joli Wake (assistant) came into the office at 8:30,( after they had their respective dinners, Stopped their much deserved weekend),, where I thought he would dremmel it and fix it Monday. NOT SO. HE FILLED THE TOOTH. I walked out of the office at 9:15pm with a better tooth than I had in the am. FRIDAY NIGHT AFTER DINNER.!!!!! AMAZING COMPASSION, KINDNESS, DEDICATION. It makes me believe more in humanity, there ARE GOOD people in this world!!! I am eternally grateful!!!!!
